1. Quilt shop must purchase a quantity of 1 for each pattern they intend to print and sell.  So, as an example, if you intend to print 6 of the TWBT01 January Blizzard Buddies pattern to sell or add to kits, you must purchase a quantity of 6 from my website.  (You will only be sent one download link, not 6). If you decide later you need more, you must come back and purchase additional patterns before selling more.  
2. QUILT SHOPS MAY NOT SELL THE E-PATTERN FILE.  You cannot add the file to your own website, Ebay, Etsy or other craft site, for your customers to purchase and download.  You cannot sell the patterns on your website to be emailed to customers.  The file may not be shared on any websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc. for others to use.  ONLY PRINTED PATTERNS MAY BE SOLD.
3. IF A CUSTOMER PURCHASES A PRINTED PATTERN/KIT IN YOUR SHOP, you have my permission to also email that customer the file to use for printing pattern pieces to fusible web, etc. (Again, no selling digital files only on Etsy or other sites.  This is not permission to sell the files.)
4. If you are found to be abusing any of the terms and conditions, you must cease selling all Wooden Bear patterns immediately upon notification.  No refunds will be issued when abuse is found.
