A NOTE ABOUT RECENT ORDERS AND CONTACT EMAIL: I have had some issues recently with customers trying to email me and the emails are not coming through, as well as emails that are sent to customers after ordering are getting blocked and they aren't able to receive their download emails. I'm so sorry if you have been inconvenienced by this. I am trying several fixes to resolve these issues. I hope you can be patient with me.
If you have tried to email me and I have not responded WITHIN 24 HOURS, I likely have not received the message. I check my email several times a day, 7 days a week, and always get right to customers when I see those emails. I don't like waiting, and I don't like to keep my customers waiting either.
If you have tried emailing me and I have not responded, you can try one of these routes: 1. if you have access to facebook, please message me and I will be able to respond to your message. (Facebook will not let a business initiate contact, so you will have to contact me first.) 2. Try emailing me at email@example.com.
I assure you I will do everything I can to always respond to you in a timely manner, help you with any issues you have, and I will ALWAYS make sure you get what you ordered!
