Placing an Order

If you would like to place an order, simply fill your shopping cart and follow the directions. Our Secure shopping cart gives you the choice of filling your order online or offline. If you prefer check or money order, fill your cart and then choose to print your order when prompted. Then you can send it along with your order form to the address above. Please make checks payable to The Wooden Bear.

Domestic Orders:

The following rates apply to all products purchased from The Wooden Bear that are shipped within the contiguous United States. Iowa residents will be charged 7% sales tax.

1. Fill your shopping cart and follow the instructions for placing your order. After your order is sent via SSL (encrypted for transaction security), you will receive a confirmation e-mail. (Wholesale prices will only be reflected on the final invoice that will be shipped with your order.) And feel free to call us direct at 1-866-WBQUILT if you would feel more comfortable placing your order by phone.

2. You can also order through one of our distributors, QuiltersWarehouse.com. Simply click on the link on the right or left navigation bars to go to their site!

Wholesale

(PLEASE BE ADVISED- WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GET LOW ENOUGH PRICES TO BE ABLE TO SELL OUR "OTHER ITEMS" (IE. QUILT HANGERS, BUTTONS, YARNS, ETC) AT WHOLESALE PRICES. IF YOU REQUEST OUR WHOLESALE INFORMATION, THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THOSE COMPANIES IS PROVIDED.) If you would like information on wholesale prices or where to purchase the quilt hangers, tea towels, applique pressing sheets or buttons, just click on the "Wholesale Info" button to the left and fill in the request form. Your information will ONLY be used to verify your wholesale status and we will not contact you for any other purposes.

To order, simply fill your shopping cart and follow directions for placing your order. Please note, your confirmation e-mail will have retail prices. Your wholesale prices will be reflected on the final invoice that ships with your order. Please be sure your quilt shop name is included in your order information and put your TAX ID NUMBER IN THE "ORDER COMMENTS" BOX so you will only be charged the wholesale price. If you are a new customer, you will also receive a Tax ID form that you will be required to fill out and return to The Wooden Bear.
